The brand

A brand-new DTH service with no digital footprint to build on

Akash DTH aimed to revolutionise satellite television in Bangladesh — affordable, high-quality entertainment for underserved rural and semi-urban households.

The launch challenge was steep: no prior digital presence, high customer-acquisition-cost risk in a competitive telecom market, and a need to connect online advertising directly to offline field sales.

The launch goal

The approach

Region-segmented performance, wired to real-time sales

The plan treated a cold-start launch as one connected system — ads, CRM and field sales moving together rather than in parallel.

Phase 01

Segment & launch

Launched Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns segmented by region, running 20+ creative variations and scaling top performers weekly.

Phase 02

Sync online to offline

Built an Airtable CRM pipeline for real-time lead sync and tracked full-funnel conversion via GA4 and Meta CAPI, closing leads through combined CRM and field sales.

The creative

Launch campaign creative

Region-aware creative built to introduce a new service and drive both online sign-ups and field-sales leads.

A launch isn't ads and sales running in parallel — it's one system where every lead flows straight to close.
